CONVENIENT BUT MAY BE HARD FOR SOME TO SWALLOW

I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.

Hard to swallow

This pill should have been in a tumbler or something to make it smooth like others. Otherwise I've had no issies or side effects. I'll continue to buy it, but i with it was more smooth to swallow.

Like the tablets much more than the powder, but need to take 3 fairly large tablets. If I could remember to take it 3 times a day, it wouldn't be bad, but I take 3 all together. A little hard to get down.
