Venting feature allows wind to pass through the umbrella, prevents the umbrella from turning inside out from strong wind. It's made of pongee with 8 sewn panels, with strong fiberglass ribs and an iron shaft. There is a soft EVA foam handle with a 4. 5" L wrist strap. Umbrella includes matching pongee sleeve case. Great jeans, waist is too high

These pants, so far, have been well made and are almost identical to Levi's 541 style jeans. They have almost the exact same fit and are comfortable. There is only one detractor, the waist is about an inch and a half too high. I compared it to my 541's and that is the only difference. I am glad I know about this now. Other than the waist height, I would absolutely buy these again.
