The rounded shackle is made of a rounded piece of drop forged steel for extra strength. The hex head bolt runs through the bottom and is held in place with a quenched and tempered alloy pin for extra securement. Bolt type chain shackles are used to connect loads in lifting and pulling applications

Versatile and Sturdy

I was able to store a lot of spices in a small space with a couple of these. While you can screw them into the cabinet, I set them on a nonskid shelf liner and so far, don't need to permanently install them with hardware. They're adjustable and sturdy.
