The pair has been finished with a hand painted milk paint in a dove gray Trianon color. The sides of each bookcase feature x shaped stretchers all finished with gold leaf, the pieces feature finely cast bronze caps and gilt bronze feet. Each bookcase has three shelves. They are in very nice antique condition with only minor surface wear

Came way sooner than the estimated delivery date and it looks awesome! Biggest plus is it came ALREADY ASSEMBLED! I was expecting self assembly but maybe that's on me for not reading the specifics. Hoping it's the right size for my new studio apartment. So far the look and functionality is 10/10
